Canadian Champion Coldwater's Captain Morgan Cardiac & Patella Certification Hip & Elbow Certification
Pirate is our oldest son, Garth's, Beagle. After careful consideration of several breeds, Garth narrowed it down to just a handful....Mom and Dad narrowed it down to be sure that whatever dog Garth choose it could withstand a rambunctious Labrador puppy and the well placed swat of a playful Gordon Setter puppies front feet. From there Garth decided that he would not only like to show his new dog, but that he and Dad needed a "replacement" rabbit dog for Taro, now 13 years old..... A Beagle fit all the needs and wants. I've never been owned by nor spent time with any Beagles....... WHAT A RIOT!!! Pirate is loveable, snuggly, funny and an instigator. We can't thank his breeder, Erin Fischer of Hounds of Coldwater, enough for him..... He has been WONDERFUL to have in the house and a delight to watch with "his kid"! Garth & Pirate's FIRST show Best of Breed & Best Hound Group Puppy!!! HUGE THANK YOU'S to judge, Paula Hartinger, for her patience and the time she spent with Garth. And to all fellow exhibitors at the Windsor Show....THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Garth was thrilled and very excited that you were all so very supportive and helpful to him...it meant A LOT to us all!!!
Garth & Pirate's SECOND show weekend...
We returned to Canada for Garth and Pirate's second show weekend; this time there was competition! On Sunday Garth & Pirate took Best of Winners for one point under judge, Gabriel Valdes Valdes. Once again, the Canadian handlers, exhibitors and judges were soooooo very wonderful! THANK YOU!!!!
Ok....so, those who know us KNOW that dogs are ABSOLUTELY NOT allowed on ANY of the furniture, right?!?!?!?!
